"Delivery Time Needs Improvement"
The products are solid and priced fairly, but the shipping experience is another matter entirely. I've placed two orders and opted for the 'Next Day' delivery through DPD. Each time, I've had to reach out to find out where my stuff is. The most recent update I got was that no one was available in dispatch, and they said I’d get it by the week's end. That means I’m stuck waiting for 10 days, which just ain't acceptable. Come on, sort it out!

The website is super user-friendly, and they've got an awesome selection of products at fantastic prices. Plus, the free delivery threshold is reasonable, and the shipping was spot on. My initial order got held up in a Royal Mail jam. They quickly sent me a replacement, even though it wasn’t their fault. I placed another order, and just two days later, it showed up. Plus, if you give them a call, a real person picks up the phone.

For the last six years, I've been using Power Heath services. Throughout this period, they've consistently been prompt with their deliveries.
